STAY AWAY FROM HARVEYS SMITHS FALLS! Last week we got the family chicken pack, well it was quite obvious they had stuck old cold chicken in the warmer drawer and heated it up, it was cold, just awful not to mention a HEALTH VIOLATION. and also thy forgot to include the sauce and the buns. So I called up and spoke with Matthew. Immediately he offered a full replacement meal. Great SO THE MEAL GOES IN THE GARBAGE, and life goes on. So I go in today to get my replacement meal, the head boss guy says no your beat, he shouldnt have said that, and you should have returned the meal. He then offered me sauce and buns (OMFG LOL). I said your behavior is terrible and I wont be back, he then said okay good! I cant believe we used to eat there 4-6 times a month. SO TO SUMMARIZE: -DANGEROUS HEALTH PRACTICES -POORLY TRAINED STAFF -MANAGEMENT THAT DOESNT STICK TOGEHER AND THROWS EACH OTHER UNDER THE BUS -SHITTY ATTITUDE TOWARD CUSTOMER RETENTION
