STEM Summit completes successful roll out It is hard to believe that last May was our first STEM Summit event. We held it at Kennard Dale High School and reached 250 students. This year we set our goal at 10 summits which would reach over 2,500 students. With the completion of Harrisburg SciTech in May, mission accomplished! And now we have our plans for 20 summits set for next year which will take us over 5,000 students. We have all but one day booked already. This program has been amazing! The reaction from the students is outstanding. The educators continue to give us great feedback. And our volunteers add that final touch of praise that lets us know we have something magical. Already two other JA areas have come to take a look. JA of Nashville and JA of Portland, Oregon both plan on rolling out their versions next year. This program is a great example of our ability to implement world class educational programs.
