My current EAD expiration date is 7/24. till now it shows initial review.49 days have been passed so far. Also I used my school address and the receipt get lost. Now my employer tells me to give them the official receipt otherwise I cannot work. At this moment I have neither receipt nor the EAD card for the extension. Last year (for the current OPT) I applied at the same time and I got it on 7/24/2013. My questions are : 1.How can I get the duplicate paper copy of the receipt? 2.Can my employer do that, although I gave them the email which contains the receipt number? Please reply guys.
