STIFF LEGGED DEADLIFTS. I have a goal. Its to have my hamstrings to stick out as far as my ass does (i have a huge ass so its gonna take a while). Stiff legged deadlifts have now become a staple in my leg training. Not only does it help create a lot ofsize, nut also a lot of seperation in the hamstrings. On this day i went heavy. Hitiing 8 reps 4sets at 100kg. When doing this, keep your kness slightly bent, when you come down, make sure your back is nice and straight and that your chest is out and proud. This ensures that you arnt using your back muscles (minus the lower back) with the stretch. Come down as far as your hamstrings will allow, brining it back up and stopping before your heaps are locked, ensuring the pressure stays in the hamstrings.
