ISSUE OF FORGED CERTIFICATE At the time of Great Generals press briefing,he said his school will provide a copy of his result at the appropriate time. He did not present any certificate to anyone..the school did..if the certificate is forged then the principal should be held accountable. You can only hold Buhari culpable if the name of the school and the examination number he quoted during his press conference is fake...but for the certificate...its the school that sent it to the press for publication.
