STOOPSVILLE...THIS, THAT, WHATEVER...March is gone and April is here...Running a little bit late today because they came this morning to do the template for M.J.s new granite counter tops for an upgrade...Hope she doesnt think of upgrading me with a younger model...Halle is here today sick with strep throat...She weather today could be delightful just like yesterday...That Stoopsville walk for March was 75.7 miles...They say the Baylor Bears has a reason to be upset with the officials as they were not going to let Notre Dame lose that one...I am sure that Kim Mulkey that fiery coach for Baylor and her assistant, former TTU coach, Sytia Messer, had some choice words in the dressing room after the game was over for the officials because they did not get any help from the men in stripes...Pat Boone, the man that sang that popular song, Love Letters in the Sand, is in trouble with the law...Those drinks that we once called soda pop is not selling like they once did and are down 3.5% from last year...Teachers and state workers will not get a raise this year...What is new about that...Birthdays today...Sonya Ray Haskins and Tonya Jo Vaughn...Remember...The town of Lake City has asked the court to rename it Rocky Top, and that is no April Fools joke just the real deal.
