STOP! IS COOKING YOUR BUSINESS? So, this is just an idea at this stage - but figured it worth floating to the masses - are there any uber foodie chef types out there who want to take make a break for it on their own - or started out on their own recently and want to run their own kitchen without the costs associated with getting into business? It would be an initial short term deal to run our lunch and evening food service over the Summer. We would handle orders, table service, wash-up, packaging/cutlery/ crockery etc. You just look after the food! We split the takings net of VAT at a mutually agreed rate. We may run with a series of guests at the same time, or are open to short-term pop=up style kitchens which operate for a couple of weeks.
