STOP and Conjure on this. You old folks suck up HEALTHCARE. A stand alone system can not work. EVERYONE needs to be in the pool. This spreads the risk. ONLY this system can exist to function for ALL or you must have UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE. NOT an employer based piece mill system of patchwork. The cost of our present system sucks the oxygen out of the air. Out of every $1.00 only about 50 cents goes for actual care. In a UNIVERSAL SYSTEM 90 cents would be effectively used for its intended purpose.--THE SYSTEM MUST CHANGE or all of us will suffer.
