STRATEGIC GOVERNANCE “BOKO HARAM is the Northern Army” How Northern Schema Recruited Southern Sycophants to Fool the International Community, in other to shift PRESIDENCY ‘Birth Right’ to the North” Nigeria has fought the following wars: i. NADECO War for the WEST; ii. BIAFRA War for the EAST; iii. BOKO HARAM War for the North; Having lost out in their usual dominations that has kept the nation underdeveloped and more corrupt for about 40 years out of 53 years of the nation’s sovereignty, like the West, that went into NADECO agitation, lost their leader MKO Abiola and several lives, but was still were dominated by the Caliphate hegemony in finding a willing horse in Gen Obasanjo during our return to democracy in 1999. The East did not agitate for leadership, but only demanded for protection and Confederation at ABURI and was pushed into the BIAFRA war reluctantly, and we lost our leader Gen JTU Ironsi. Unlike the WEST, the EAST was never compensated in all its ramifications, of Gen Gowon`s 3 R`s, - Reintegration, Reconciliation, Reconstruction. For the first time, a Southerner has been democratically elected as the President of Nigeria, under a divine arrangement, ever since the North lost the usual dominance; they remained unsettled and are more agitated to continue to oppress the rest of the nation by the docile desire for our crude oil and sharing of oil wells. They have a feeble belief in democracy having dominated the nation through their control of the Security forces, which they have lost and have to organize, sponsor a parallel private army, like NADECO in the WEST, their militant outfit is named Boko Haram, an Islamic terrorist group with the support of their kinsmen in the Security forces, have continually made the nation ungovernable with series of propaganda, lies, bombing, abduction, kidnapping, letters, infractions, strikes and all sorts of warfare, as well as coopting the WEST into a political arrangement of merging two violent parties and recalcitrant people together in APC, to fight more Godly, refined and more democratic group of people in the PDP. Clearly and truly speaking, the Nigerian Army will never be able to fight the insurgents because there is another army, wedded into the army having dual loyalty specially created by the North, and well known to them. They are not denying that fact, but are working harmoniously towards decimating other tribes on the side of the Nigerian Army. Only a few Southern Army, will understand the strategies used as well as the funding meant for the Nigerian Army to equip the Northern Army (Boko Haram). The two recent mutinies in Borno, and the death of 12 army officers ambushed by the Northern Army will explain everything as well as the abduction saga, that is devoid of any clue or traces and cogent evidence. After several weeks of the arrival of the United Nations Security Forces in Nigeria, there have not been any cogent clues or evidence supporting the abduction of Chibok 234 girls. There is no doubt that the abduction was one of the strategies to escalate and attract the attention of the international communities towards a “coup de tat” and a forceful regime change with the Northern Army. The list of all the network of sponsors and supporters of this Northern insurgency are well known and it will be suicidal for President Goodluck Jonathan to round up such number of high profile Northern leaders, in government, out of government, retired, disgraced, defamed, numbering about 1,000, according to the former President, Gen Obasanjo`s sniper’s letter. It is true that they have decided to shed the blood of their fellow Nigerians in other to protect, provide and prolong their own lives. It is also now clear, how APC was formed with the Northern Army, using the backing of the Northern leaders’ agenda on one part and the West, as a mere tool to oil the wheel of betrayal of a Southern fraternity in exchange for a failed desire, all in the name of opposition. i. Is the essence of opposition to kill, bomb and abduct helpless citizens, in the churches, motor parts, TV viewing centers etc.? ii. Is also the essence of opposition to criticize every good government programmes? iii. Is the essence of opposition to attack and criticize the government deceiving the people all at the same time? iv. Is the essence of opposition to celebrate in a rally in Ekiti State 24 hours after you have bombed Jos, when you have recently condemned the President for attending a similar rally some days after Abuja Nyanya Motor Park Bombing? But sympathizing with bereaved families the President postponed his own rally in Ekiti State at the same time. What a callous bunch of hypocrites? Can the West be trusted, even with their Oduduwa proposal? This is the second time such betrayal is taken place. BIAFRA agenda suffered similar setback due to the failure of the people of the West. Unless a Conference of Nigerians decides to disintegrate, it will be an uphill task to keep this nation divided, therefore, a political structure, army, police, resources, weak centre etc. that will not keep any of these tribes dominating the other, whether Confederation, will be the best answer.
