STRENGTH Is there any physical activity, sport, function, that strength isnt an asset to? Have you ever heard of anyone being too strong?!? Basic everyday life...strong muscles are what get you up, out of bed, help you walk across the room, etc etc etc. Strength is basically the foundation of physical functional life. Strength isnt necessarily having big muscles! Strength doesnt necessarily mean lifting bigger and bigger weights, or maybe no weights at all. Muscular strength and function is SO much more. I dont believe you will find anywhere in this area that knows more about strength, building strength, how to use strength than at BBS Fitness. Crossfitters we are on a quest to help create the ultimate crossfitter...we are happy to help you get better and have BIG dreams in the area of Crossfit Strength. Athletes there is NOTHING that will have more carry over to your sport (baseball, football, basketball, tennis even cheerleading and gymnastics) we can accomodate and help you become better. Therapy, rehab, life in general...we can help you. By getting stronger you use more muscle and take stress off of the joints...(this is one way to make joints stronger). BBS Fitness/Strength Systems will soon be moving to a MUCH larger facility, offering more memberships, classes (both strength/cardio) and more...and of course our knowledge of STRENGTH and how to build strength as well as utliize strength. As God opens doors and says move forward that is what we do. In His STRENGTH we are successful.....STRENGTH- it affects every aspect of life both yours and mine!!
