STRESS IS A KILLER. Twice now, in the last year an a half, Ive had two near fatal incidences caused by stress. Yesterday, I had a very scary seizure. It was sheer luck that I literally had JUST parked my car or else I would have seized into oncoming 5 oclock traffic (which is scary). I stopped breathing and was turning blue and purple according to my mom. Last year I almost died from a near fatal kidney infection. Both of these incidents had no precursors and no warning. At the end of testing from both of these incidents I got a quote unquote clean bill of health leading the doctors to think that the inciting incidents were caused by stress. Im not posting this to garner attention for myself; I just want people to know how bad stress can really be for you and your health.
