STRUT YOUR MUTT! Hey Everyone! Sebastian here! Remember me? I am one lucky golden, rescued by As Good as Gold – Golden Retriever Rescue of Illinois. I am living the good life in my foster home. I am so grateful, I want to “pay it forward” by helping other goldens and golden mixes who are unwanted or abandoned, or whose owners are no longer able to care for them find forever homes, with the help of AGaG. If you would like to help me, here is my plan: • My goal is to get as many donations as possible for Strut Your Mutt Virtual Challenge, no donation amount is too small. If our team members can continue to receive donations and we keep AGaG in the top three out of 53 rescue groups, we will be in the running for a large financial incentive award from Best Friends Sanctuary!! • But wait….there’s more!! We have added several incentives this month. The person donating the most dollars in August wins both a $25 Big Bowl gift certificate and a complimentary wine tasting (for 4 people) at any Cooper’s Hawk restaurant location, plus a giant “kitchen sink” sundae at any of the many Colonial Café & Ice Cream locations!! My life has been saved by As Good as Gold and I know my forever home is just around the corner. It is now time to help others and I sincerely hope I can count on you to make it happen!
