STUDENTS - Summer Abroad 2015 information If you will be taking D7 or D10 over summer 2015, you are eligible to participate in Summer Study Abroad 2015. To Register: Please note; there are only 13 spaces for each program. Sign-up sheets are located next to the Room Reservations Binder in PCA 272. Your placement will be confirmed once you have submitted the deposits for the program. More information is available on the Office of Study Abroad web site. Due December 15, 2014 1. Complete online application at https://ugrad.fiu.edu/studyabroad/Pages/home.aspx a. Passport copy b. Course registration form c. Medical Information form d. Pre-departure forms provided during your pre-departure orientation e. Each program will have an individual online application on the OSA website f. To log in, use the format PANTHER\username. For example, if your name is John Smith and your FIU email address is [email protected], you would log in using the following credentials: PANTHER\jsmit001 g. Your password is the same as your MyAccounts password, which is what you use to access my.fiu.eud 2.
