The studio is located just off Chaussée de Wavre (Matongé) and around the corner from the bars and restaurants at St. Boniface (yum yum). Distances are approx. 5 mins walk to metro station Porte de Namur; 10 mins walk to Place Flagey; 7 mins walk to Place Luxembourg and the European Institutions. Lidl supermarket right across the road and many other local alimentation general shops around. The fully furnished studio comprises a single bed, desk, wardrobe, two chairs; a kitchen with sink, stove, kitchen counter and two storage cupboards, and in a separate space a shower and toilet. It is compact, but you have everything you need on an excellent location. Contract length can be discussed with the landlady but she is flexible (mine was 7 months)
