STUMBLING BLOCK OR STEPPING STONE? Ka soro, ka ba be niyi omokunrin. Am I grateful? That is an understatement. YES! I know for sure that Facebook will mar or make me, a blessing or a curse to me. Blessed is the day my sister Bunmi created an account for me here. Blessed is the day I met my Yorubas kindred and patriots ( thanks to ethnic jabs, taunts, mockery, punch of Lagos is no mans land) Some of us took it upon ourselves to correct that delusional and deluded perception. Our heritage and land were defended. Back then, I was named Angel of Division/Hatred, but I avvered that one wont be loving Nigeria less by loving ones ethnic heritage, for no one loves his country without loving his/her immediate community. I am seizing this opportunity to acknowledge your significant contribution to my library. It is chiefly through books that we enjoy intercourse with superior minds. In the best books, great men talk to us, give us their most precious thoughts, and pour their souls into ours. God be thanked for books, they are the voices of the distant and the dead and make us heirs of the spiritual life of past ages. Books are true levelers. They give to all who will faithfully use them, the society the spiritual presence of the best and greatest of our race (William Ellery Channing) Forever will I remain thankful and grateful for this gift, I will forever be indebted to you. THANK YOU my indispensable big brother. Mo dupe, e se jojo.
