SUB-4 MINUTE MILE? Joey Layton suggested that the VSBR running group attempt a 32 person x 50 yard relay to run a 4:00 minute mile. It has been done. So we said what the hell lets see where we are before we get all crazy with it. So tonight we included everyone who thought it sounded fun. A measured mile at Goodwood Park. No relay batons yet. BUT no discussion of exchange form or practice. A 4:25!!!! We can do this. Setting a date in August to try.
