SUCCESSFUL LIVING PRINCIPLE-One of Gods attributes is He is a forgiving God. One of Josephs strongest attributes was also his ability to walk in forgiveness. Even though Joseph experienced unbelievable disappointment and pain he continued to set an example of how to walk and live a life of forgiveness. He forgave his brothers for rejecting and abandoning him. He forgave them for selling him into slavery. He forgave Potiphars wife for accusing him of rape. He forgave the baker for forgetting to mention him to Pharaoh. Eventually the butler (cup bearer) after two years remembered Joseph. You may be asking the question; why did Joseph have so much Favor? It was because he learned how to let go and let God. He understood that forgiveness was a principle for Kingdom Living. He understood that forgiving others was essential to total restoration. Joseph wanted to be successful in life and knew if he did not forgive it would block the favor of God on his life. Joseph had a forgiving spirit.
