SUMMER MADNESS 2014: Aruba: We are two weeks away from Summer Madness and the excitement is GROWING!! We are going to have a BALL and as usual--Nothing can stop us! ITS ALL INCLUSIVE SO EAT AND DRINK TIL YOU ARE DIZZY!! SHIRTS/MASKS: The DDT Party Shirts are in and they are BEAUTIFUL!! The Masks and Wristbands are in as well--so we are Good to Go! SHUTTLES: We have everyone reserved for the Shuttle. You simply show up to the Airport in Aruba (AUA). Depalm Tours is located immediately outside of Baggage Claim and will be there to pick you up once you give them your name. They will take you to the Resort: Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort. Its all done for you. FLIGHTS: If you have not made your flight info, please do so. If you have, GET US YOUR FLIGHT INFO TODAY!!! NYC FINALLY has some Sale Fares--$490 Direct--after several people panicked--including me--and bought at Higher rates--Grrrrr Please check with your carrier if you did. A few of them will give you credit for the difference on another flight. Here is the new revised Itinerary for Aruba: Saturday: Arrival. We will be distributing the DDT Welcome Guest Bags at the Casibari Room from 4-6pm. If you dont get them then, we will also have them at the Meet and Greet later that night. You can also pick a different Mask at this time as well. Dinner every night will be on your own at either the Sea Breeze Restaurant or Corals Restaurant. There is a Hotel sponsored Event by the Oceanside Bar Saturday night so you are free to attend the entertainment that night. We will have our Meet and Greet at Las Palmas Ballroom from 8 to 10pm. Make sure you get there EARLY. Drinks will be served and we will have music. If you didnt get your gift bags, please do so there. They dont have a Club on site, so people who want to Party the night away are able to walk outside to the Aruba Sand Bar or the Confessions Club--we are negotiating with them both for a package for our Party People for the time we are there. DDT Capos will be wearing their Purple Shirts on Saturday so you can identify them SUNDAY: Breakfast. The Sermon on the Beach location will be announced Saturday night at the Meet and Greet. It will be at 11am. It wont be on the Beach of the Hotel as they dont allow Religious Observances in respect to their other Guests. It will be near-by though. We will start the Games that day: The Dating Game and Twister on the Beach. Look for the Pool Takeover to begin! Dinner on your own at either the Sea Breeze Restaurant or Corals Restaurant. SUNDAY NIGHT: 8:30pm to 12:00am: Our Elegant Masquerade Ball at the Palmas Ballroom. Masks are provided. Hott Shoes Contest--so Ladies get ready to do your thing! Dress your Best! VIP Red Carpet Group Photo Shoot. Music by the Legendary DJ Hollywood. Late night Party at Aruba Sand Bar or Confessions afterwards. MONDAY: Line Dance Instruction begins with Doug X-Man Hawkins at 11:00 in the Ballroom. He will be teaching a DDT Line Dance and I will be going this year to learn it! Games during the Day. We begin the Annual Spades Tournament. If you want to participate, please send me your name and partners name. If you dont have one, we can put you with someone. MONDAY NIGHT: Sports Jersey REGGAE Beach and Pool Party (We will be in between BOTH) from 7-10pm outside the Oceanside Grill. Wear a light Sports Jersey (Baseball or Basketball--since we will be outside) We will be rocking to the sounds of the Harlem Showstopper: DJ Danny Dee. If you want to hear a mix of his music--listen to this Michael Jackson mix he just did in honor of the King of Pop: soundcloud/djdannydee1/dj-danny-dee-the-best-of Late night Party at Aruba Sand Bar or Confessions afterwards. TUESDAY: Line Dance Instruction with Doug X-Man Hawkins from 11:00-1:00pm in the Ballroom. Games during the Day. Annual Spades Tournament continues. Dinner on own at Corals or Seabreeze Restaurants. DDT Old Skool Beach Party--7pm to 10pm--WEAR YOUR DDT PARTY SHIRTS!! Music by the Legendary DJ Hollywood. Late night Party at Aruba Sand Bar or Confessions afterwards. WEDNESDAY: Line Dance Instruction with Doug X-Man Hawkins from 11:00-1:00pm in the Ballroom. Games during the Day. Annual Spades Tournament concludes. Dinner on own at Corals or Seabreeze Restaurants. DDT Theme Party ALL WHITE GLOW PARTY: 8:30pm--12am. Wear something White and Comfortable. We are not dressing up for this one. We will provide the Glow Sticks and Bracelets. Music by the Harlem Showstopper: DJ Danny Dee. Group Prayer led by Rev. Dr. Irie Session. Late night Party at Aruba Sand Bar or Confessions afterwards. THURSDAY: Departure (for some).
