SUNA THA : my experiment with the languages : please read this short piece in this context : hindi,english and a bit of urdu are the languages i have a working knowledge of. they all are fine languages for self expression. accomplished thinkers and writers make good use of these. i am an ordinary person and stake no claim to mastery over the languages. however, i note with interest that some thoughts are expressed best in a particular language. the following piece has a fine texture in hindi and a bit of urdu.i tried english trans-literation but it fell flat and prosaic.see it for yourself : suna tha vigyaan ne bahut tarakkee kari hai suna tha asambhav ko sambhav karne kee taquat thee ab kiss kiss ko dein ilzaam meri kismat ya unki berukhi ab aur kya karein apna haal-e-bayaan mere toote dil ko hee jod nahin paye woh ____________________________________ i had heard that science has made great inroads i had heard they could make the impossible possible i wonder whom to blame my fate or their indifference now what should i say about my state they could not set right my broken heart (c) dr a jindal 12/07/2013
