SUNDAY, MARCH 30, 2014 BIBLE VERSE READING MAKE STRAIGHT PATHS FOR YOUR FEET Make Straight Paths For Your Feet No ifs, ands or buts... ______________ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made. In Him was life, and that life was the light of men. John 1:1-4 NIV ______________ And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed. Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord. Hebrews 12:13,14 KJV ______________ Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins. And just as it is appointed for men to die once, and after that comes judgment, so Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him. Hebrews 9:22,27-28 RSV ______________ We need a Saviour because we are sinners... And the wages of sin is death. Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift: Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God is the object of our faith; the only faith that saves is faith in Him.
