SUNDAY MIDDAY UPDATE: 35 new Hopeful Tails! Please read all!!! Welcome to our newest rescues, just arrived this morning from the Mexican border of Texas. They have gone the great distance between hopeless and Hopeful Tails, on their way to Happy Endings! 35 precious mixes of all ages (up to 5), sizes, colors and personalities. What they all share in common, if you look at their pictures posted in the album Mexican Border Rescue Arrival 7/20/14, is they have very sad and loving eyes. They have been in Hell for all their lives, regardless of their ages. They have never known anything of being clean, being fed, being checked out, being held in the loving arms which took them from their long transport into our safe place, where HOPE abounds! The Mexican border dogs are truly special. They know how terrible and short life can be. They are beyond appreciative and humbled by the love they find here, and the Happy Endings they get to have! They never forget. They are so ready to adore a family, and be loved, and safe! Thank you to all who have helped us with this transition and their stay, with us at the Hopeful Tails Hotel! There are so many to thank from those who brought supplies to those who came to help. In our pictures are the following volunteers who worked so hard to get our new precious rescues clean, fed, hydrated, checked, and made comfortable and secure: David, Alden, Ruth, Samantha, Elizabeth, and Ania, among all the others whom we so appreciate, too! Thank you to those of you who have already shared our album, Mexican Border Rescue…, and the various rescues within the album. Thank you to those who helped by bringing the supplies which help us and make these rescues feel safe, clean, and secure, after all theyve been through. Last thanks, but absolutely not least thanks- Nancy Howard-Gray, thank you for racing in to take so many excellent pictures which capture each individual rescues essence! It is not an easy task.
