In his new book of photography, McAllister travels along the Pacific coast—from the top of Vancouver Island all the way to southern Alaska—capturing the rainforests countless forms of wildlife, over 27 different bears, a tribe of First Nations people, and scientists racing against time to protect it. With the recently approved Northern Gateway Pipeline now threatening the remote wilderness more than ever before, McAllister joins us for a presentation and signing, to introduce his new book as well as the profound and beautiful landscape it depicts.
