SUNDAY: Pray for revival in our local church. “Wilt Thou not revive us again: that Thy people may rejoice in Thee” (Psalm 85:6). • Pray that our local congregation be characterized by fervent love for God, genuine love for one another, unity in Spirit, and a bold testimony in the community. • Pray for conviction of sin – materialism, pride, indifference, laziness, lack of love, impurity, following the things of the world, backbiting, judging others’ motives, etc. – and for a spirit of humility and repentance. • Pray for renewed commitment to obedience, to submit to the authority of Scripture and the Lordship of Jesus Christ over all of life. • Pray that those who profess to know the Lord do not really possess Him, will be born again. • Pray for a deep burden for the unsaved around us and a spirit of earnest prayer.
