SUNDAY RECAP - THIS WEEKS TIPS! Tip #12 The more muscle you have, the easier it is to lose fat! So stop lifting light weights an eating like a rabbit. Start eating steak and eggs and lifting to look like this guy! Tip #13 and a very important one at that. ONLY counting calories for fat loss or muscle building is nonsense. 1000 calories of protein/fat/carbs will all do different things to your body. More importantly, calories and energy were originally measured by burning food. We eat ours. Not the same. Tip #14 What is a bad food? Personally ive never had any problems with grains. Milk on the other hand, does not agree with me. Neither do most high protein dairy products. But this doesnt make grains good or milk bad, just means that I respond to them in certain ways. Any food can cause a particular person a bad reaction. Does that mean the food is a bad food? Not necessarily. It just means its not a good choice for YOU. Be aware that some foods MAY cause YOU a problem. If you find a food makes you feel like shit, or you cant tolerate it well, choose something else. Plenty of alternatives. Tip #15 Are you just not hungry? Maybe you need Zinc! Zinc deficiencies are known to reduce appetite, and this is usually the first symptom of a zinc deficiency! Zinc has been shown in studies to support testosterone, stop the decline of thyroid hormones during intense exercise (thus keeping metabolism high) and can help repair your intestinal(stomach) lining. Most of my clients take zinc especially if they are training hard as it is difficult to get via food. Oysters have the highest known concentration of zinc so never miss an opportunity to eat some! Tip #16 Accountability. Your health and physique is a direct reflection of the lifestyle choices you have made in the past. If youre not happy , the only person who can change this is you.
