During this workshop you will learn how to put together a Paleo friendly breakfast, main and something deliciously sweet. Using whole natural foods full of beneficial fats, and other unprocessed ingredients. Ill explain the foundation elements of living Paleo, as well as sharing my story and philosophies about nutrition and life using the template of the world’s wild people.
