People think it is an office but NOT For me, i will definitely renovate & rent it out as residential studio or soho or whatever you like to call it. When you ask the developer whether are you ABLE TO LIVE IN THERE, they will always say the same thing and here it goes... Well... Errmm.... you cannot officially live in there as a condominium although there are full facilities like swimming pool, gym, etc becoz it is an Versatile office SUITE, HOWEVER... it is an office with room and somehow everyday after work, when you felt tired and fell asleep on your sofa, and which happens to be a sofa that can be extended as a sofa BED, and eventually u overslept until the next morning, and no one can do anything about it. Or when the weather is hot you can take a cool shower and refresh yourself, or when you are hungry there may be food in your fridge, or you might wana cook and pamper yourself a good meal. Ultimately, you can repeat the same process for 365days and u are still NOT able to LIVE IN THERE officially, but you can sleep overnight So..... Hahahaaa...
