Now, we are seeking for experience candidates who are looking for more challenges and better future to join as part our growth for the following position : SUPERINDENT / IMPORT IN CHARGE Responsibilities : » Follow up important of raw materials, spare parts, EDI system, and machines. » Verify invoices of clearing agents » Follow up payment of clearing agents invoices » Follow up temporary exportation of damaged VDW main frame » Follow up important of labels, and samples » Follow up delivery of raw materials from the port to factory » Checking draft shipping documents » All activities about LC (draft, opening, amendment)Plans and implement export strategy and activities consistent with overall aims of the organization. » Liaises with distributors, customers, users and key contacts, to keep abreast of developments and trends in marketplace and among competitors » Negotiates contracts with foreign sales and distribution centers » Directs clerical staff in expediting export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections. » Arranges shipping details such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing, shipping, and routing of product. » Communicate with export related authorities, and customers, in all relevant territories and countries, » Evaluating and selecting suitable agents to sell and distribute the company products and maintain proper relations with clients and agents » Generate all required export documentation; i.e. airway bills, bill of lading, invoices, packing lists and letters of credit when needed » Coordinate export shipments from origin until final destination Requirements: » D3 or S1 any major » Male or Female » Have 8-10 years experience in the field import » Familiar with import activity and import documentation (process LC, maintaining shipping document, PIB, etc) » MIS (MS word, MS excel, power point) » Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent » Have a good communication with Shipping Line, Customs, Bank, EMKL, etc » Good Personality, able team work and independently & able to work under pressure Placement at our Manufacturing Plant in Gresik - East Java Complete application to be sent to : E-Mail: [email protected] or post to : PT Jindal Stainless Indonesia, Kawasan Industri Maspion V, Desa
