SUPERIOR COURT OF PENNSYLVANIA During argument for a appeal in a foreclosure matter, Todd addressed the court on the issue of the who is the plantiff, where is the note, standing not established, lacks jurisdiction. hearings not held. Chaotic non-answer to every filing. Succinct. Accurate. Clearly from the looks on the panels faces, the judges have heard this before bajillions of times. The lawyer for the law firm (committing fraud) gets up and talks about everything except their client, the paperwork, elements of standing, issues affecting jurisdiction - and goes into a long-assed description of general procedures relating to responding to pleadings, and local rules required to have the court hold hearings. All of which are only necessary IF YOU GOT STANDING,,, AND THE JUDGE GOT JURISDICTION. The lawyer did exactly what Todd said has been happening - evading every issue. Sign of Foreclosure Fraud. BUT, we have Rule 1.6d this matter, and notified and requested the involvement of the Attorney General in the constitutional issue. [ Kath Kane is a no-show tho. ] The judges watch smiling. They clearly NOW know why the case in included in the Constitutional Challenge of Rule 1.6. An act of fraud committed in a court is denying your rights and allowing this law firm to steal a house. BUT NOT TODAY. The smile from the bench indicates - WE ARE RIGHT ON Rule 1.6... and they now see the simplified approach exposes a complete evasion of reality from lawyers. GET THIS: As they were very exposed for the fraud upon the court, two weeks ago, the lawyer suddenly had a named client in the case. Papers resubmitted were signed by someone different. Resubmitted, why? Lawyers may not lie to the court about a case. Rule 1.6 permits a lawyer to conceal the clients misdeeds. Without this new client, the lawyer would be required to be truthy. Shes not having none of that, even if it put Rule 1.6 in full view. The judges see it... JUSTICE IS COMING.
