SUPPLEMENTARY UPDATE: by Joey Sarte Salceda Albay, Masbate, Sorsogon and the rest of bicol should expect light to moderate rain today until tomorrow. While bicol region is not in the direct path of Tropical Storm Kalmaegi (Luis), the region will still be significantly affected by the enhanced monsoon bringing rain all over the region. *Luis has slowed down a bit which means it has time to intensify before landfall. *Landfall by sunday around 4-6 pm. *Isabela landfall is the most likely scenario however, Aurora, Quezon and even Metro Manila should keep an eye on Luis. How fast the weakening of STR occur will decide whether this will go a tad south of the forecasted track or up a bit. *Bicol region can expect improved weather starting monday next week...
