SUPREME COURT OF INDIA 22.01.2015 NOTICE Learned Advocates/parties-in-person are informed that the National Lok Adalat in the Supreme Court will be organized on Saturday, the 14th February, 2015. A list the matters pertaining to the following subject categories is available on the website of the Supreme Court: 1. Matters challenging prosecution under Negotiable Instruments Act 2. Banks mortgage disputes 3. Hypothecation, Pledge 4. Matters relating to recovery of debts/bank loans due under the banks and financial Institutions. The Learned Advocates/Parties-in-person are requested to be present before the Lok Adalat on 14th February, 2015 either themselves or through their Counsel. Intimation of their presence may please be given to the Secretary, Supreme Court Legal Services Committee latest by 10.2.2015 in order to enable the Registry to complete requisite formalities.
