SUPW aims to help develop among the students the habit to work as a community, encourage community thinking, social responsibility and commitment . SUPW is an essential part of our school curriculum. Students of Grade 9 & 10 of Ekya JP Nagar had been to Bharatiya Grameena Mahila Sangh (BGMS) as a part of SUPW. BGMS is a home for orphans, destitute children and elderly women. Our students interacted with the inmates of the home and spent quality time with them. The old clothes, snacks and money raised for the cause were handed over to the authorities of the home. It was a humble gesture from our students. It was indeed an enriching experience for them as they were able to get an insight into the lives of the not so privileged members of our society.
