Vandana Sharma is sister of Sushma Sawaraj, External Affairs Minister of India.Latika is close friend of Sushma Sawaraj .Both Vandana and Latika got B.J.P tickets for coming Assembly elections. Vandana Shamra got ticket from Safdion constituency in Jind district and Latika got ticket from Kalka assembly constituency.Party high command has decided not to allot ticket to relatives of M.P.s and M.L.A,s.Union Defence Minister Rao Inderjit and Union Minister, K.P. Gujjar and,Party M.P. Dharmvir, Ramesh Kaushik, Rattan Lal Kataria and Sukhbir Jonpuria who had won from Rajsthan were demanding tickets for their family members.But Sushma Sawaraj has succeeded in bulldozing the party high command for her sister. She is reported to have commented in high powered meeting of the party held to decide tickets yesterday night that if her sister was not given ticket then with what face she will campaign in Haryana as her sister had already started her election campaign..Vandana Shamra has taken V.R.S from post of Principal of S.D. College Narwana in Jind district and was looking political work of her sister for some time.
