SUSPECTS WANTED IN LATEST CONVENIENCE STORE ROBBERY IN OXNARD (Thursday 08-07-14 at 6:30 PM) Oxnard police are looking for two suspects in connection with the latest convenience store holdup in that city. It happened around 10:30 PM Wednesday night at the Circle K store at 490 S. Victoria Avenue. Police say the suspects, wearing hoods to cover their faces, entered the store and one of them brandished a handgun and demanded cash from the register. The clerk complied and gave the first suspect the money which he handed to the second suspect who put the money in his pocket. The suspects (see photo) fled the scene in a white sedan (see photo), possibly a 1990s Nissan Sentra. The vehicle was last seen heading northbound onto Victoria Avenue. No one was injured. Police believe one of the suspects was a white male, 25-30 years of age, 6 foot tall and 185 pounds. The second suspect was a male with dark skin, 20-25, 6 foot and 185 pounds.
