SWEATLESS FONDANT RECIPE INGREDIENTS 1kg Confectioners/icing Sugar 2 egg whites 2tbsp Glucose 5tsps CMC 10tsps water METHOD 1) Dissolve glucose in water 2) Sift your icing sugar in a bowl, add d CMC and turn. 3) Make a well in d center and pour your egg whites and d glucose/water mixture and mix. 4) Pour it out on your work surface till it becomes pliable. 5) Use immediately or keep sealed until you are ready to use it.
