★☾★☾SWEET.•´LOVING.•´GAUGE ★☾★☾ DUMPED LIKE GARBAGE FOR HAVING TO MUCH ENERGY!!!! A volunteer writes: Surrendered by his owner for being too active, Im not surprised when I meet a young, good looking dog who is still considered to be a puppy at 1 year old. Hes a gorgeous dog, well groomed in a clean, gleaming coat and at a perfect weight for his size. He greeted me with a big smile on his face, and even his intake picture shows him smiling. Were told hes housetrained (he showed off that skill), crate trained, knows sit, give paw, has been with kids age 7 and up and is playful and tolerant with them, lived with and wanted to play with a cat, and lived with other dogs. Gauge is affectionate putting his head in my lap for some petting, wagging his tail in appreciation of the attention. Energetic, and enthusiastic, hes looking for an active family for whom lots of exercise is the standard for the day. Couch potatoes need not apply! Another volunteer writes: Gauge is the life of the party! Friendly, fun and not for the faint of heart, this chunky hunk loves to be the center of attention and his ear-to-ear smile (trust me, its under there!) is like pure sunshine on a cloudy day. Hes got on-the-go hugs for his human pals and nose-to-nose snuffles for his four-legged friends and when I crouch down he even treats me to a big ol smooch on my cheek. Gauge does indeed know how to sit but he needs a bit more practice in getting it right every time and while he takes his reward treats ever so softly from my hand, once I perch on the bench and he knows what pocket theyre in, that cute snuffly nose soon gets up close and very personal with me! Our walk is a brisk one but I find him pretty easy to handle in a harness and he more than lives up to his house training, no dirty kennel for this boy! Full of love for everything and everyone he encounters, big-hearted Gauge is looking for an active, dog-savvy family who loves to party as much as he does...are you ready to rock?!! Act NOW.
