SWEET & SOUR PORK TENDERLOIN 1 kg pork tenderloin 2pcs carrot (paysanne cut) 2 pcs each red&green bell pepper 2 pcs big white onion or red onion 8 pcs garlic chopped 1 pc medium ginger chopped 2 can sliced pineapple( wag itapon ang juice gagamitin sa sabaw) 1 1/2 bottle tomato ketchup 3 tbsp soy sauce9kikoman) 4 tbsp vinegar 5-6 tbsp sugar 1/2 kg flour salT&pepper to taste DIRECTION.... MARINATE THE PORK WITH SOY SAUCE GINGER & GARLIC FOR 2-3 HOURS BEFORE COOKING MIX TOMATO KETCHUP , SOY SAUCE, VINEGAR , SUGAR IN ONE BOWL OR POT, ADJUST THEN ADJUST TASTE YOU LIKE & SALT PEPPER SAUTE THE ALL VEGETABLES WITH GINGER GARLIC & ONION UNTIL BECOME TENDER, THEN PUT IN THE MIX SAUCE YOU MAKE FOR PORK TENDERLOIN PUT SALT &PEPPER TO THE FLOUR MIX WELL THEN ROLL UP THE PORK MARINATED UNTIL THE PORK WELL COATED THEN DEEP FRY THE PORK UNTIL BECOME BROWN & COOK DOUBLE CHECK THE PORK WHEN IT IS D COOK BEFORE REMOVING ON THE FRYER AFTER ALL THE PORK WERE COOK RE HEATED THE SAUCE AND WHEN BOILING REMOVE IT FROM HEAT, THEN POUR OUT TO THE PORK AND GARNISH WITH CHOPPED SPRING ONION....
