SYFA online registration for the 2013 season has closed, however you can still register by mail and have your child placed on our wait-list. It is SYFA’s goal to place all interested Sherwood youth on a football team. Due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., field space, number of coaches, etc.) wait-listing may be required. If a player’s registration is not complete by June 16, 2013, that player will be automatically wait-listed. . Players will be prioritized based on the date the registration form with payment is received. The automatic wait-listing applies to all players whether returning or new. To register, go to sherwoodyouthfootball, under the resources tab, select download forms. Print and complete the 2013 Paper Registration form, 2013 TVYFL Approved Medical Release and 2013 SYFA Expectations Contract. Paperwork, along with the registration fee should be mailed to: SYFA, PO Box 92, Sherwood, OR 97140. No player may be issued gear or practice until registration is complete and all of their paperwork has been turned in.
