Sa 1/18 8am 32oz water Protein shake 2.5 hour hike 1:30pm 16oz water Empanada w beans 3 servings Organic cheese and crackers snack Cheese, crackers and salami Dried fruit snack 1/2 chicken wrap w cheese & veggies 2 teaspoons of Nutella 1/2 tangerine 5:30pm Kiwi watermelon boba Double double in-n-out 5-6 fries 16oz water 9pm 32oz water Ate a hella big lunch after a difficult hike, and deviated from my usual diet plan as of late, but it was an enjoyed change. I plan on spoiling myself with one more treat for lunch tomorrow.
