Sa CAbagan.. RETIRED SOLDIER KILLED BEFORE WIFE OVER TRAFFIC TUSSLE TUGUEGARAO CITY- A retired Army soldier was gunned down before his terrified wife over a traffic tussle in Sitio Malase Baddi, in the village of San Antonio, Cabagan, Isabela last Wednesday. Chief Insp. Edwin Calubaquib, Cabagan Chief of Police identified the victim as Pedro Buraga 55 of San Juan, Cabagan. Buraga reportedly engaged in a heated altercation against an unidentified motorist when their motorcycles nearly figured in a collision. The victims wife said the backrider of the tandem who both wore helmets drew his handgun and fired several shots against her husband then fled. Buraga died on the spot from multiple gunshot wounds in the different parts of the body. Police recovered five spent shells of cal. 9mm bullets in the crime scene. (c) Raymund Catindig
