No Worldcup, No IPL, No CLT20, No Champions Trophy but Still he lives in Heart of Fans.. \m/ If cricket is gentlemens game than Dravid was that gentlemen.!! Even I never know this - Feeling bad for Dravid.. He scored 95 at Lords on his debut in 1996...In the same match debutant Ganguly scored 131.. Eclipsed by Gangulys innings.... He scored 145 in worldcup 1999 in England.... In the same match Ganguly scored 183...Attention was on Ganguly... Became the top run getter in 1999 worldcup.. But unfortunately India couldnt make it to the semis... And only few people remember Dravids 461runs.... He scored 153 against NewZealand ( aworld record partnership with Tendulkar)... But People talked about Tendulkars 186.. He scored 180 in 2nd innings after being said to follow on against mighty Aussies in 2001..But got unnoticed because of Laxmans 281and Bhajjis hatrick... He sored 50of 22balls. 2nd fastest fifty by an Indian in odi against NewZealand in 2003..A very unlikely Dravid innings.. But in the same match Sachin and Sehwag scored hundred.. Got unnoticed.. He scored 270at Rawalpindi in 2004...2nd highest score by an Indian outside India.. But highest score by an Indian outside India came in the very same series against Pakistan, Sehwags 309... Very few know that India holds the record in consecutive wins while chasing..17 wins.. Out of which 15 wins were captained by Dravid. Indias poor run in the 2007worldcup adjudged him as an unsuccessful captain... Even in his last match, he was eclipsed by Tendulkar who was playing his last match in coloured clothing... Always played under the shadow of Sachin, Ganguly, Sehwag....etc.. But when it mattered there was always someone building THE WALL.... Good Bye Dravid...
