Sad. Diesel spill from a factory into water used for drinking by a million people in Malaysia. And the people in charge claim - it can be cleaned in 12 hours. This is *DRINKING* water, which means you cannot simply dump dispersants and other chemical treatments into the water. I wonder where is their brain - any diesel spill that can be cleaned up in 12 hours would not be of magnitude to affect 1 million people.
