Sad News of the death of Theo Colborn, 1927–2014 who for over 30 years dedicated herself to revealing the dangers of endocrine disrupting chemicals to wildlife and humans. More recently she revealed the threats posed by chemicals associated with oil and gas development. She founded the Endocrine Disruption Exchange, Inc. (TEDX), based in Colorado. TEDX’s is the only environmental organization that focuses exclusively on the problems associated with endocrine disruption attributable to synthetic chemicals found in the general environment. As the living embodiment of her legacy, we at TEDX say, “No. It is not too late. There are people out there who ‘get it’ and who care — a lot of people — and we won’t let you down Theo.” SADLY MISSED BUT A LIFE SO RICHLY APPRECIATED BY ALL OF US AT NTN.
