Sad as cold as it was in Chicago these past 2 nights before New Years the worst is yet to come! A homeless man told me he wouldnt go to a shelter because of the fighting in them! Besides the theft, bed bugs, Lice, and hours of mandatory preaching services. Many would rather take their chances on the streets than in some of these shelters. Another man told us at night you had to place your clothes in a Hot box to kill lice but if you didnt wake early to retrieve your clothes someone else would take them! Please help US keep them warm and safe on the streets if they must live there.
