Sad is really the right word. People insist on viewing all these issues with no context and a dogged historical amnesia. Whats behind the dehumanization of Muslims in the media, same as it was with Koreans, is war propaganda getting us ready to bomb and murder their children and mothers with bullets, bombs and sanctions. We are currently starving, bombing and murdering all over the globe for resources and in support of colonialism and international banking / currency interests. And we will continue to do so because we are 5% of the worlds population who have half the worlds wealth. That can plainly only be sustained at gunpoint. And you just cant separate that ongoing war against brown people from the motives of the tiny minority of Muslims who are sadly committing violence.
