Sad to leave Lalibela after several days of exploring the rock hewn churches and stumbling upon wedding feasts and parties. Long day of driving today to Mekele. Roads in Ethiopia are not only for vehicles; they are full of animals, people, market scenes, games and other parts of daily life. Sometimes it feels like we’re watching a movie as we look out from the bus window. Never a dull moment :)
