Sad to report, more fraud...Very humiliated, disappointed, and ready to cry as I tried to purchase my groceries tonight at Winco. My debit card apparently has a lock on it. They tried twice to run the card, calling the manager the 2nd time ...same thing.... The very nice manager said she could hold my things in the cooler and I could come back with a check or cash. I drove to my banks ATM to get some money and was locked out of there too. I remembered I had ONE check left I use to pay my mortgage with, so went back to the store to pay for my things, went to customer service, explained what happened with the card and was going to use the LAST check the bank issued me. The CSR said she didnt think they could take my check and the manager was called again. She looked at the check and said they dont take counter checks and was sorry. Devastated and fighting tears back, I asked if I could have the cloth bag I brought that my groceries were loaded in, back. I felt like some kind of criminal because of this incident. More fraud..... When will it end??? Now I get to use my lunchtime tomorrow to go to the bank AGAIN and have another fraud pow-wow with the manager to get THIS mess figured out. So upset right now !!!!
