Sad to say that yesterday marked the end of another endurance season however my boys have done me proud! We completed Emirs first 1*, he was amazing, came first and were now preparing for his 2*! With Max we also completed a 100 km 1* at Wordwell this year, he had the longest career in racing and endurance combined out of the horses there. Hes a very special horse, I have grown up with them and first had the pleasuring of loaning him when I was 11! Im now 18, him 17 and I have learnt and am still learning so much from him. They are both superstars and to top it off we came 3rd in the YR gaining the most points in competitive endurance rides riding more than one horse! I was also reelected as YR chair yesterday and we all had a fantastic night! I have the best friends in endurance, they never fail to make me laugh, we all support eachother and my god can the endurance lot party! A big thanks from me must go to all the people who help EGB and their rides run throughout the year, Genny Maxs owner and my crew- mum and dad! All my endurance friends who have helped me along the way and of course my 2 beautiful horses! Roll on 2015!!!
