...Sadly, in 17 states bestiality/zoophilia is still legal. This includes Guam and American Samoa. The other states where its legal are Alabama, Connecticut, Hawaii, Kentucky, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Vermont, West Virginia, Wyoming and the District of Columbia. Thats a sad commentary about our country where this type of atrocity is allowed to go on with virtually no legal ramifications. In those states where its still legal, the only consideration thats given is if someone is charged with animal cruelty for something else, and the prosecutors choose to add it to the list, but since theres no actual legal language on the books, that rarely happens....
