Sadly there will be a short pause in my cool drone videos... it is recording an extended flight video somewhere out in the woods South East of our house. I flew it above the house first thing this morning and the wind swooped it up out of range while it was climbing. I lost sight of it as it climbed out of view above the woods with the wind carrying it toward Philly. I have spent all morning looking for it but to no avail. A neighbor said she heard it flying by near their house, and I looked all around their house. (I personally doubt if she actually heard this device since it likely was at about 500 feet altitude going past their house.) It is bright red with LEDs that may help find it after dark if it still has any battery left this evening and the landing didnt totally destroy it. It is only about 6 inches across so would be difficult to see in the woods after a high altitude plummeting crash landing. I already ordered a replacement since Heather gave it to me and I lost it less than 24 hours after she gave it to me.
