Safely arrived in New Hampshire!! We made it on time and the Car Guy, Dave picked us up minutes after arriving at the pre determined pick up location at the airport! We loaded up the new to us van and then Dave got lost. We finally made it to the Used Car Lot to finalize all the paperwork and make the van ours thanks to our GPS! We hit Walmart and Subway before showing up at the wrong Motel 6. I must have put in the closest Motel 6 in the GPS instead of the reserved one and ended up in Portsmouth. We cancelled the reservations and stayed at the Portsmouth one. We plan to leave at 4 am to pick up the dogs from Newark. Its just over a 4 hour drive but there are two locations where the traffic might be terrible! Were happy missing traffic and showing up early! Well take the scenic beach route back to the hotel and rest easy. House hunting starts on Friday! For those who didnt see the earlier message on facebook, the dogs were able to leave Guam but the kennels were too large to fit on the commuter plane we took from Chicago to NH. So they are flying from Guam to Hawaii, to NJ. Its a lot shorter for them and since we have the van, its not such a big deal!
